Trailer Tacos: Submitted by: Gee W. Los Angeles, Ca | Date Added: 23 Jan 2010 Ingredients:

1 1/2 lb burger
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 6 oz can tomato paste
1 7 oz can mushroom stems & pieces & juice
1 2.24 oz can sliced black olives & juice
1/4 c water
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Package of Corn Tortillas & lard, Crisco, or oil to fry 'em.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fixin's:

Mayo
Velveeta or Kraft slices (torn in half)
Diced onion
Shredded iceberg lettuce
Lemon wedges
Hot Sauce (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

1.Fry up the burger & drain off the fat if you want.
2.Add the next five ingredients. Simmer 10 min. & keep it very hot.

3. Get the fixin's all ready cuz these tacos are best HOT

4.Fry up a tortilla the way you like it. I like 'em CRISPY!
5. Blot off the extra oil.

6. Slather the flat tortilla with Mayo.
7. Lay a half slice of cheese in the middle of the tortilla.

8. Put a big scoop of the very hot mixture on top of the cheese.
(This will melt the cheese) Fold taco.

9.Put on the onion , lettuce, & a big squeeze of lemon.
I don't use hot sauce but if you like it go ahead.

I've never heard of tacos like these before. I think my mom made them up when she had some leftover spaghetti sauce.
This is what I want for my last meal on Earth.
