4-8 large oysters
1-2 large artichokes
1 cube butter
Mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions:

Steam artichokes in 1 inch water on stove top, reduce heat once boiling begins. Steam for 45 to 60 minutes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Shuck oysters
Replace oysters in 1/2 shell with slice of butter
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes
Season to taste

Dip: Melt butter in microwave. Add mayonnaise
