1 lb. green beans, trimmed
1 sweet red pepper, sliced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Pre heat oven to 425 degrees.
In large bowl combine sesame seeds, rice vinegar, sesame oil and soy sauce.
Add green beans and red peppers coat evenly with sauce. Place green beans mixture on a greased baking sheet salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 20 minutes or until tender.
One of my favorite vegetables is green beans. Also try my green bean casserole, it not your grandma’s green bean casserole. Enjoy.
