1 pkg frozen ravioli - cheese,beef or mushroom
2 C. bread crumbs or panko bread crumbs
1 C. milk or Buttermilk
Oil - for frying
1 jar of marinara sauce
1/4 C. grated parmesan cheese
Pour enough oil in large fry pan about 2 inch deep. Heat oil over medium heat until about 325 degrees.
While your oil is heating get ready to start dipping your ravioli by put milk and bread crumbs in different bowls. The start dipping ravioli's one at a time in milk allow to drip then in bread crumbs. Place ravioli on cook sheet, continue to dip the entire package of ravioli.
In the hot oil fry raviolis in batches, turn occasionally until golden brown. Place cooked ravioli on paper towel to drain.
Place fried raviolis on platter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve a bowl of warmed marinara sauce for dipping.
