Ingredients

1 9oz package fresh or frozen tortellini
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 teaspoons butter
4 teaspoons flour
1 cup milk
1 15oz jar marinara sauce
4 oz package cream cheese, cubed - room temperature
2 green onions, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

Cook tortellini according to package directions set aside.
In a saucepan, sauté garlic in butter for 1 minute then stir in flour and mix well.
Slowly add milk and bring to a boil.
Add marinara sauce and cubed cream cheese cook and stir until the cream cheese is melted.
Add green onion, salt and pepper then serve over tortellini.

Enjoy.
