1 lb pork lion chops, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1-12oz jar roasted sweet red pepper, drained
4 serving’s pita bread
Salt and pepper to taste
In large skillet over medium high heat add olive oil, cook sliced pork and garlic until pork is fully cooked.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Then add roasted sweet red pepper heat through.
Serve with pita bread.
You can use de-boned pork chops. You can add a sauce of ½ cup of yogurt mixed with 1/2 teaspoon of dill weed. Also some chopped cucumber on top of the pita mixture is good. Enjoy.
