1 whole chicken cut-up into parts
1 c krusteaz bake & fry mix
non-stick spray
seasoning salt
garlic power
cayenne pepper

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
Coat chicken with krusteaz mix.
Place chicken skin side down on cookie sheet.
Season ckicken with seasoning salt, garlic power and cayenne pepper then spray with non-stick spray.
Bake for 1/2 hour.
Take chicken out of oven and turn to skin side up and season other side.
Return to oven for 1/2 hour.
Enjoy fried chicken.
