Ingredients

1 10-12oz pkg frozen fish fillets (Van DeKamps)
Or 6 fish fillets - breaded in panko crumbs
12 taco shells - corn or flour
1/2 C. mayonnaise
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 16oz pkg coleslaw mix
Optional: taco sauce

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

If you use frozen fish fillets sprinkle with 1/2 of taco seasoning mix then bake as directed on package.
If you use fish fillets bread in panko bread crumbs and sprinkle with 1/2 of taco seasoning mix then bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cut fillets into 12 slices.

In bowl mix mayonaise and the other 1/2 of taco seasoning mix, stir in coleslaw mix. Let set for 5 to 10 minutes.

Fill shells with fish and add slaw mixture. Top with taco sauce.
