Ingredients

1 box rigatoni noodles
6 pieces of chicken (thighs and legs)
1 can or jar of spaghetti sauce 24 oz or so(any flavor)
1 can tomato sauce 15 oz
1 can tomato paste 6 oz
3 celery stocks
2 medium carrots
1 onion
3 garlic cloves

Cooking Instructions

In large sauce pan with lid
Mix spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce and tomato paste in pan
Set on medium temp and bring to small boiling, or bubbling
After bubbling, add chicken pieces (uncooked)
Cover with lid and set temp to low or simmer
Let cook for 3 hours stirring once and awhile

In the meantime...
Chop celery and carrots into 1/4 to 1/2 inch pieces
Cut onions into small chucks or slice
Chop garlic into smaller pieces
After 2 to 3 hours add them to the sauce, stir and cover
Continue simmering

In a large pasta pan bring water to boil for pasta
Cook rigatoni noodles as directed on box

After noodles are done cooking to your tenderness, drain them

Sauce is done when chicken falls apart easily. The entire meal should be done in 3 to 4 hours.

There it is. Easy to make and tasty to enjoy. Top rigatoni with sauce or mix altogether and serve.
