Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 can of campbell beef broth soup
8 oz sour cream (1 cup)
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoon flour
salt and pepper to taste
cooking oil
16 oz egg noodles
Options: one small chopped onion and/or one cup sliced mushrooms

Cooking Instructions

Cook noodles according to directions.
In medium to large fry over medium heat saute onions and mushrooms in small amount of oil. Then remove and set aside.
In same pan brown burger and salt & pepper to taste then drain fat from burger.
Add sour cream, ketchup and 2/3 can of soup, setting the remainder can of soup aside.
Cover and Simmer for about 15 minutes.
Mix flour in soup until smooth then add soup & flour mixture, onions and mushrooms to burger .
Simmer till the sauce is thicken.
Mix noodles and sauce together.
