1 lb beef burger
4 hoagie rolls
1 14oz can of beef broth
salt and pepper to taste
Cut burger into 4 equal parts. Shape burger the same as hoagie rolls.
Cook burger over medium heat. Remove burgers and drain fat from pan.
Place pan back on stove element and add beef broth. Heat broth until it boils.
Place burger in rolls, cut in half, and pour broth in bowl.
Enjoy dipping your burger dip.
Option: Add cheese to burger
Add sauteed onions and/or mushrooms on sandwich
