Ingredients

2 T butter or margarine
2 T flour
1 cup of milk
1 can of tuna - drained
4 slice of toasted bread

Cooking Instructions

Melt butter in pan at a medium heat. Add flour wait a minute then add milk
Stir until thicken then add tuna
Pour over toasted bread.
If sauce get to thick add a little more milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Options: Add one diced egg or frozen peas or drained can peas.
