1 13 oz can white lump crab meat
1cup chopped white onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 sliced red pepper
2 large eggs and 1/2 cup whole milk
3 tbs Jack Daniels spicy horseradish mustard
2 tbs Worcestershire
3 tbs mixed red pepper,sweet paprika,lemon pepper
1/2 cup bread crumbs
All purpose flour
Vegetable oil
Kraft Thousand Island dressing
Dump lump crab into medium mixing bowl
Mix in the two eggs and whole milk
Add onion and celery
Mix in mustard, Worcestershire sauce and dry seasoning mix
Form into individual patties
Dredge patties in flour
Place in hot frying pan with vegetable oil and brown till crispy
serve on toasted English muffin dressed rep pepper and Kraft's
Thousand Island dressing
Great with iced Blue Sapphire gin
